Veal Portobello  Thin medallions, sauteed with meaty Portobello mushrooms and Marsala wine

Chicken Parmagiana  A 6 oz chicken breast, lightly pounded, breaded and baked with a light tomato sauce and topped with parmagiano cheese

Chicken Cacciatore  An Italian classic - boneless tender chicken breast, seared with tomatoes, garlic, basil, mushrooms and red & green peppers served over rice

Chicken Forestier  Breaded thin fresh chicken breast, sauteed with wild mushroom mix, white wine, shallots, bacon and demi glaze

Raspberry & Calvados Salmon  A 6 oz seared filet served on wild rice mix with raspberry coulis and apple brandy

Tilapia Paupiette  Stuffed rolled boneless filets of white fish filled with roasted pecans and lemon zest

Tenderloin Kabobs  Juicy filet of beef and mushroom caps marinated in garlic olive oil and lemon
